Request account deletion
Use the button below to message us on WhatsApp. Include your registered mobile number so we can verify your account. We will process your request within a reasonable time (typically within 30 days).

What we delete
- Your account profile (name, saved address, preferences)
- Login sessions associated with your account
- Account credentials stored for the app
What may be kept
We may retain order records (items, amounts, delivery address used for that order) for shop operations, accounting, and legal requirements even after your account is deleted. Those records are no longer linked to an active login account.
On your device
After we delete your server account, clear local app data by logging out in the app or uninstalling the app. Cart and cached orders on your phone are stored locally until you remove them.
